The role involves preparing financial statements, reviewing ledger balances, and analyzing profit details. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of federal labor laws. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills are essential. The position is based in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in the payroll area, familiarity with all processes.
• Knowledge of federal labor law and IMSS law.
• English communication skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare consolidated financial statements including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Review and analyze general ledger account balances.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial transactions and costing issues.
• Train employees both within and outside the department.
