This position involves providing accounting, reporting, and analysis to support the company’s objectives, focusing on enhancing inventory management, product cost)_? and profitability, manufacturing productivity, and overall process efficiency across multiple locations.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare assigned monthly journal entries accurately and on time.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Analyze and report on monthly manufacturing variances, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and resolve vendor discrepancies effectively.
  • Support annual internal and external audits by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Give to additional tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Company Business Conduct Guidelines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business field.
  • - or more years of related experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business sense, critical thinking, and analytical/technical skills.
  • Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and in a group setting.
  • Must be accounting focused with a good knowledge of GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite.
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
