The Opportunity

Your Impact

We are seeking a strategic and execution‑focused IT Design Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of digital capabilities across our R&D and enterprise platforms. This role will serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s transformation roadmap and operational excellence goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee solution delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities [2].
• Manage technical teams and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Track KPIs and value realization metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies in partnership with OCM and PMO teams.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Decisions on functional design and configuration decisions
• Functional design lead for MQ
• 5‑7 years of practical experience - Senior professional with significant experience and extensive knowledge in a specialized field.
• Identify opportunities, analyze issues and integrate best practices for areas of expertise
• Manages vendors with moderate complexity
• Medium level of supervision
