Formación

• Experience in body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly preferred.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support manufacturing work groups.
• Validate and ensure efficient line operations.
• Execute daily production to maximize output while maintaining standards.
