A Day in the Life

Act as a key finance business partner for the Skinceuticals and Vichy marketing teams, providing sharp financial insights to drive brand growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the budget, forecast, and reporting processes, analyzing brand P&L to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support new product launches, evaluate campaign profitability (ROI), and optimize marketing investments.
  • Build robust financial plans and ensure accurate sales forecasting in partnership with commercial and supply chain teams.
  • Transform complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for business leaders.
Qualifications
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical mindset, capable of building strong partnerships and influencing decisions.
  • Proven experience in a controlling or financial planning role, ideally partnering with marketing or commercial teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Mastery of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent relationship building and trusted advisor skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Contribution to long‑term business strategy with sound financial guidance.
  • Effective presentation of financial information to diverse audiences, driving informed decisions.
