A leading solar installation company seeks a proactive Market Coordinator to manage solar projects from Sale to Final Funding in Veracruz, Mexico. This role involves coordinating between teams, handling inspections, and ensuring timely project completion. Ideal candidates will have solar industry experience, expert proficiency in Google Sheets, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This independent contractor position offers a flexible remote work environment with weekly pay.

Formación

  • Experience in operations, permitting, inspections, or utility processing within the solar industry.
  • Expert proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas and reporting.
  • Previous experience in coordination or project support roles.

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Market Coordinator to oversee solar project progress from Sale through Final Funding within an assigned region. This role ensures that inspections, re‑visits, documentation, and utility approvals are handled efficiently to prevent delays and drive timely project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all solar projects in the assigned market from Sale to Final Funding.
  • Drive post‑installation completion across the region.
  • Support field teams, resolve blockers, and maintain a healthy install‑to‑funding pipeline.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Installers, and AHJs to close out projects.
  • Ensure inspections, re‑visits, documentation, and utility approvals are handled efficiently to prevent delays and drive timely project completion.

Qualifications
  • Solar industry experience required, specifically in operations, permitting, inspections, project coordination, or utility processing.
  • Expert level proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas, data validation, queries, lookups, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Spanish bilingual – ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in coordination, project support, or operations roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and task management tools.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, comfortable in a remote work environment.
Other Details

Independent contractor role. Fully remote – work from anywhere. No statutory benefits provided as per the contractor agreement (e.g., health insurance, social security). Weekly pay cycle. US & selected local holidays observed.
