A leading automotive company is offering an internship position for Connected Drive & BMW Service Inclusive Scholars in Mexico City. Candidates will engage in activating and managing digital packages in SAP and CRM, review customer cases linked to the BMW/MINI app, and prepare key reports for decision-making using Power BI. Ideal candidates are active university students from the 4th or 5th semester onwards, have good grades, and are available from January to December 2026, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

As Connected Drive & BMW Service Inclusive Scholar you will responsible to work hands‑on with activating and managing digital packages in SAP and CRM, reviewing customer cases linked to the BMW/MINI app, and coordinating key reports for data‑driven decision making using Power BI. In addition will support monthly invoicing processes for dealers, monitor performance indicators across various services, and communicate with dealers to ensure the proper supply and invoicing of vehicle accessories and tires.
