Formación

• More than 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance including conducting interviews.
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with AME Compliance team to develop employee training.
• Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues or violations.
• Track changes to Mexican law applicable to compliance.

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist who will assist in the further development of the compliance program in Mexico and areas in Central and South America to help ensure that KONE complies with legal and regulatory standards, procedures, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with AME Compliance team to develop and provide employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
• Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
• Track and report on relevant changes to Mexican law applicable to compliance program.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, including employee trainings.
• Monitor third‑party due diligence and ensure compliance with Company policy.
• Attend AME Compliance meetings with leadership and report on compliance issues in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree / Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law or related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance leading investigations that include interviews with people involved in cases of corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, etc. (It´s mandatory to have experience conducting interviews)
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional‑International (CCEP‑I) preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to proactively prioritize and identify compliance issues and recommend solutions.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent documenting and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must possess the highest level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
