A staffing agency based in Mexico is looking for an Assistant Community Manager responsible for overseeing operations in homeowner communities. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, support the Community Association Managers, and follow up on work orders. Strong multitasking and communication skills in English are needed. Formación

• 2 years of equivalent experience with a similar position managing vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing matters related to the operation of shared areas and services in homeowner communities.
• Support a specified group of CAMs and a specific portfolio of accounts.
• Receive customer phone calls and answer questions related to work orders.
• Partner with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community mailers.
• Manage follow-up and closing work order tickets.
