Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with contacts to ensure social media post dependencies are proactively cleared in a timely manner, and meet client expectations
  • Delivering strategic social media recommendations on how client needs can best be met
  • Scheduling and reviewing content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channels
  • Coordinating with Storm Ideas' content production, copywriting and captioning teams
  • Researching clients' shows / movies and carrying out regular account audits
  • Conducting regular research on social media platform updates and brainstorming strategies and tactics based on the latest trends and features
  • Optimising content for YouTube with effective thumbnails and copy
Qualifications
  • Good school grades
  • Social media-focused, self-starting with ambition to grow
  • Comfortable stepping beyond the brief and owning projects end-to-end over time
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data qualitatively
  • Work with the latest hardware and software—Windows or Mac—so you're always set up to succeed.

Remote-First & Flexible

Your normal workday will start at 9 : 30am Pacific Time, working either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday as standard. First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.

During the meeting, Bella, our Head of Social Media Management, will get to know you and try to understand if you'd be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.

Following this, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.

There may also be a short (30 minutes via MS Teams) follow-up interview with Duncan, our Chief Content Officer.
