We are seeking an experienced Chief Python Developer with a strong background in LLM engineering to lead the evolution of our platform and ensure seamless integration with client systems. This role requires a forward-thinking approach, exceptional research abilities, and the capability to manage projects in dynamic and fast-changing environments. Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration across systems
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Advance the platform by designing and integrating AI/LLM functionalities
• Ensure high standards of code quality through testing, debugging, and review processes
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members
• Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in developing comprehensive technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership and team management, with the ability to guide teams, influence project direction, and enforce technical best practices
• Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects or participation in multiple projects across various development lifecycle phases
• Hands‑on experience with Python Web frameworks for developing dependable web solutions
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs
• Experience with AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or above

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FastAPI for building high‑performance APIs
• Experience with system integrations using Genesys
• Hands‑on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Experience with WebSockets for real‑time communication systems
