A leading pharmaceutical company based in Mexico is looking for an Access Associate Director to lead market access strategy and ensure the sustainability of their portfolio in the healthcare system. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluent English is necessary for collaboration with various teams across the organization.

Formación

About the Company

As an Access Associate Director, you will lead the market access strategy to ensure the availability and sustainability of Knight's portfolio within the Mexican healthcare system. Lead the Key Account Management team and define KPIs, control mechanisms, and execution excellence.

Create value proposition tools, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and innovative access models.

Collaborate with commercial, medical, sales, and finance teams to identify and develop market access opportunities.

Ensure compliance with corporate ethics, legal frameworks, and internal policies.

Monitor healthcare system changes and market dynamics to inform brand planning.

Support promotional message development and event planning with medical and marketing teams.

Bachelor's degree required (Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Public Health, or related field). Master's degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in market access, strategic planning, and working with high-cost / high-specialty products. Deep knowledge of market access concepts, HTA, and regulatory frameworks.

Fluent English.
