Job Title: Management Accounting Specialist

Overview

• Support organizational performance through accurate financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement management accounting and cost control practices in alignment with corporate standards.
• Lead the development of annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report departmental expenses to ensure alignment with budget expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and communicate insights effectively to managers and budget owners.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to ensure accurate cost recording and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports for management review.
• Support project planning, including financial estimations, cost modeling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial roles, ideally with direct exposure to US cost control, budgeting, and management accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business performance drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in Information Systems/IT is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation is a plus.
