Job Description

The role of a Top Audit Manager involves overseeing and guiding audit engagements to ensure compliance with professional standards. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing audits, as well as supervising and providing technical guidance to seniors and audit assistants.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize audit engagements in accordance with established standards.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering their growth and development.
• Apply knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards to deliver high-quality results.
• Lead client meetings, discuss key findings with senior leadership, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate and design internal control systems to mitigate risks.
• Review and supervise the preparation of audit reports and financial statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or nearing certification.
• +7 years of experience in external audit or related fields.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
