Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy and Route-to-Market model across all categories.
  • Set annual commercial objectives and ensure alignment with growth and expansion plans.
  • Lead a customer‑centric sales organization, ensuring operational excellence across channels.
  • Drive profitability, brand growth, distribution, and market penetration for all brands.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts and partners.
  • Implement commercial best practices to ensure portfolio performance and product availability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop large commercial and sales teams.
  • Provide financial and commercial insights through advanced analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Oversee execution across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Distributor models.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of senior commercial experience in FMCG.
  • Proven success leading multiple sales channels and distribution networks .
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing capabilities.
  • Highly organized, results‑driven, and able to operate across all levels of the organization.
