A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Channel Manager to lead the creation and management of the Channel Plan. Responsibilities include managing channel segmentation, fostering relationships with sales channels, and analyzing market insights to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the creation of the Channel Plan and be the owner of it.
  • Manage Channel Segmentation, assignment of Channel Tiers.
  • Carry out the Business Planning Process jointly with Sales Channels.
  • Be the full owner of the relationship with sales Channels.
  • Update and implement Contracts and agreements with channels.
  • Identify key factors to grow sales at each channel.
  • Analyze market insights and buying behavior.
  • Build and coordinate the training Plan for Channels.
  • Scope and scout for new channels.
  • Ensure a healthy balance of Channel self-sufficiency.

  • Lead the creation of the Channel Plan and be the owner of it.
  • Manage Channel Segmentation, assignment of Channel Tiers. Ensure Benefits are delivered to Channels according to their Tier.
  • Carry out the Business Planning Process jointly with Sales Channels and follow up on results and activities.
  • Be the full owner of the relationship with sales Channels and facilitate contact the channel's contact to other parts of the organization.
  • Update and implement Contracts and agreements with channels.
  • Identify key factors to grow the sales at each channel and to motive the channel to prioritize Alfa Laval product sales.
  • Analyze and understand market insights, the buying behavior and the function of Channel Partners way to the markets to support the channel to grow sales.
  • Build and coordinate the training Plan for Channels.
  • Scope and scout for new channels.
  • Ensure a healthy balance of Channel self-sufficiency with Product & Application Support and Order Handling.
  • Lead Management towards channels and follow up of KPI.
