Requirements

• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) nice to have.
• Proven experience in technology transformation projects including ERP implementations automation cloud migrations or AI adoption.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools enterprise platforms and emerging technologies.
