Formación

Our company is looking for a talented Catalog Specialist for Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the submission of content updates and troubleshooting listing errors in product content on Amazon product detail pages. We’re looking for someone that has experience with inventory flat files (Excel spreadsheets), navigating Amazon Seller Central, and troubleshooting attribute issues across a large number of Amazon listings.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare content for submission to Amazon using company processes to generate Inventory flat files.
  • Submit content through Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface using established company processes to ensure all product data is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
  • Submit category-specific updates to the Amazon marketplace using Inventory Flat Files.
  • Under the direction of the Marketplace Syndication team, submit cases to resolve any issues that may arise during the content publication process.
  • Escalate cases to Strategic Account Services (Issue Resolution team).
  • Assist with submissions and issue resolution via partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and segment leaders, and keep projects updated to ensure tasks are being completed by their assigned deadlines.
  • Monitor submissions and provide thorough updates in our project management software.
  • Maintain our internal tracking system (via Google Sheets) used to track live submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's product data management and syndication policies, and communicate any changes or updates to internal teams and external partners.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Amazon Seller Central or Amazon experience.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and Strategic Account Services, and the process of escalating cases to the appropriate teams at Amazon.
  • Experience with image submissions in bulk through Amazon’s bulk image upload tool.
  • Understanding of case creation through Amazon’s self-help tool.
  • Partial and full updates through Amazon’s Add Product via Upload tool.
  • Strong project management experience that will allow the candidate to simultaneously communicate with Amazon and meet strict deadlines.
  • Listening skills; ability to understand assignments, take notes, and complete projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
