A prominent electronics company seeks a Buyer Associate I in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, to manage purchasing activities and inventory for Memory suppliers. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and are fluent in English. Buyer Associate I

Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Asset Associate will be doing purchasing activities for Memory suppliers while keeping healthy inventory levels.
• Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
• Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.
• Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts.
• Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog.
• Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.
• Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of purchasing experience, ideally in the electronic components/manufacturing industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English

Even Better if You Have:

• Experience with ERPs: Oracle (preferred).

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$18,508.33 - $24,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
