We are looking for you to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute activities related to material planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions to ensure correct supply levels for operations.
• Manage purchase orders by planning material requirements using an MRP system and executing suggested action plans.
• Generate purchase orders following ERP system recommendations and follow up on delivery confirmation, dates, and quantities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for proper receipt of raw materials.
• Reschedule and cancel purchase orders as needed and follow up accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and create actions to meet monthly targets.
• Support activities to mitigate production shutdowns.
• Assist in reducing excess and slow-moving inventory.
• Participate in internal audits and document reviews related to procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in MRP procurement.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Experience with MRP systems.
• Proactive, persuasive, a good negotiator, and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Flexible schedule availability.
