Team Overview

The Business Governance (BG) team within Delivery is responsible for driving financial rigor, performance accountability, and strategic alignment for delivery operations across Latin America. It acts as a critical control layer and a strategic partner to Delivery Leadership, focusing on defining objectives, enhancing processes, and ensuring accountability across key initiatives. This role operates with a strong strategic mind and a hands‑on approach to complex challenges.

Role Responsibilities
  • Leading Financial Planning and Control: Driving the core processes for budget allocation, financial forecasting, and Profit and Loss (P&L) tracking across the Delivery business unit.
  • Managing Supply & Demand Modeling: Developing, maintaining, and refining the S&D model to accurately track, forecast, and establish supply targets. This requires integrating inputs from internal and external clients while accounting for multiple delivery models
  • Generating Actionable Insights: Conducting deep‑dip research and analysis to support strategic, data‑driven decisions.
  • Implementing Governance Frameworks: Designing and executing tools & processes to track performance, measure impact, and ensure accountability on major strategic projects.
  • Supporting Strategic Initiatives: Providing comprehensive support and coordination for critical cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Ensuring Data Authority and Integrity: Designing, maintaining, and enhancing rigorous validation frameworks and performance trackers to ensure all strategic decisions and reporting are grounded in accurate, trustworthy, and consistent data across the organization.
Role Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in any of the following fields: Strategic Planning, Business Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Experience from Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity environments is strongly preferred.
  • Sector‑specific expertise in Food Delivery, Tech, or Mobility environments is also highly valued.
  • Highly analytical mindset, skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous challenges into clear strategies and action plans, with a strong focus on automation and process streamlining.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial models and planning cycles, ensuring alignment between local objectives and global goals.
  • Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in analytical tools (Excel/Google Sheets), SQL, and data storytelling. Proficiency in Python is a plus.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
