What will you do?

As a Business Finance Specialist, you will serve as a key financial partner to our plant and cluster operations, providing analytical, reporting, and operational support across three clusters. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy of financial data and the quality of decision-making across the business. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide financial support and business partnering to assigned clusters, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Analyze inventory and materials accounts affecting P&L and balance sheet.
  • Manage and monitor plant inventories, including variance analysis, physical inventory execution, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare, review, and optimize financial performance reports.
  • Translate financial results into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, supporting issue resolution and managing escalations when needed.
  • Collaborate with plant finance teams to improve processes and standardize practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams across business units.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in financial roles such as controlling, cost analysis, plant finance, or similar.
  • Plant experience in financial or operational environments (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and their financial impacts.
  • Experience managing plant inventories, variance analysis, and physical inventory processes.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
