Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish-English) Student Recruiter to lead our efforts in attracting students from LATAM to join our vibrant school. You will play a key role in showcasing Braemar College's unique programs, fostering relationships with prospective students and their families, and helping us expand our global presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
- Lead international recruitment initiatives to elevate Braemar College's presence in Latin America.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns tailored to prospective students.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops that highlight the distinct advantages of our programs.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), to connect with potential students.
- Organize and participate in education fairs and events, coordinating meetings, schedules, and mailing lists.
Agent Support
- Expand and nurture a network of international education agents.
- Provide top-tier recruitment and promotional support to overseas partners.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with agents, students, and families regarding application processes, visa requirements, etc.
- Follow up on placement tests, visa statuses, and payment timelines.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the application process, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective students.
- Analyze sales data to prepare insightful marketing reports and track recruitment progress.
- Maintain an updated CRM system.
- Identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the Mexican/Latin education market.
- Gather feedback from students, parents, and educators to continually refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and able to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Deep understanding of high school and university admissions processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to represent the college professionally and ethically.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in student recruitment, specifically working with international education agents.
- Solid understanding of social media for recruitment/marketing purposes.
