We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the bathroom, furniture or design sector.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reaching project (contract division) sales targets in the reference area;
- Responsible for identifying key designers and developers of the area working in luxury real estate and building long-term collaborations;
- Responsible for presenting collections to Architects, Designers, Developers (A&D) and other key stakeholders;
- Responsible for developing/supporting A&D and key stakeholders in setting up specifications for projects;
- Responsible for defining the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area;
- Responsible for carefully preparing updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director;
- Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D;
- Cooperate with our HQ back-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing;
- Contribute to achieving the sales target within the Region;
- Responsible for leveraging company tools (e.g. Edicola, CRM, others) in day-by-day tasks.

Key Requirements
- Resident in Mexico City;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior design, Architecture, or similar fields;
- Spanish mother tongue, fluent in English language;
- Good understanding of the project channel in the reference area;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Flexibility to travel.
