Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations in English to align stakeholders and project teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement traceability matrices, process maps, and reports.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolution.
- Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (typically 3+ years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- English flent is a must
