Zurich Capability Center is looking for a

Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements related to insurance products and processes.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with the various areas involved.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of needs into deliverables.
  • Monitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and results.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (preferably Commercial Insurance, Property & Casualty).
  • Solid knowledge of insurance sector products, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in business process modeling and requirements management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, international environment.
  • English level: Intermediate-Advanced (mandatory)
