A global automotive supplier in Querétaro is hiring for a Transportation Supervisor. This full-time permanent role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Logistics, or a related field. Key responsibilities include effective communication with suppliers and customers, evaluating transportation performance, and optimizing route management. Your tasks

• Effective communication with suppliers, plants, carriers, and customers.
• Responding to urgent plant requirements and resolving critical situations in the flow of materials.
• Evaluating transportation performance and working closely with the planning team to optimize the process.
• Reporting transportation expenses.
• Supervising the team, and mentoring team members, suppliers, carriers, customers, and plants.
• Developing instructions and work manuals.
• Maintaining SAP information, key user for TM.
• Collaborating on transportation improvement projects.

Your Profile

• 5 years of experience in same position or similar.
• Bachelor's degree: Industrial, Logistics, or related field.
• Knowledge in optimization and route management.
• Experience in Customs Transportation regulations: MX, USA & Canada.
• Experience with SAP.
