A leading consumer goods company in Mexico City is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Sun Care category. You will be responsible for brand building, executing marketing strategies, and identifying market opportunities. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of marketing experience, a degree in marketing or administration, and is bilingual in English. This position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Responisble for the continued growth of the Sun Care category driven by (i) brand building among target consumers, leveraging on regional assets + A&P budget, (ii) leading strategic portfolio and innovation activation, (iii) developing season & off-season sell-out strategies together with Sales and Customer MKT teams, (iv) closely tracking internal + external results for course correction and (v) identifying + activating new opportunities in the market.
Responsible for the proper execution of brand plans and marketing strategies for Sun Care in the NOLA Cluster, supported by the Marketing LATAM team, aligned with Regional guidelines and considering the needs and realities of the Mexican market. Receives strategic direction from the NOLA Marketing Head, who is focused on connecting the brand execution with the strategic commercial plans + sell-out activation.
The above is with the purpose of achieving growth objectives in terms of sales, market share, and profitability of the Sun Care brands, bearing in mind the market priorities and available resources.
