Job Summary

As a Technology Architect specializing in Blue Yonder solutions you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing warehouse management systems that enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in Blue Yonder WMS and related modules to optimize processes and drive innovation. Your contributions will directly impact the companys ability to deliver superior logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee the implementation of BY Warehouse Labor Management to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical expertise in BY Warehouse Management (Dispatched) to streamline dispatch operations and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) processes for better inventory control and accuracy.
• Develop strategies to integrate Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable domain skills to improve financial operations.
• Utilize Procure to Pay
• Payroll domain skills to ensure efficient procurement and payroll processes.
• Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in warehouse management and labor optimization.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance Blue Yonder solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize Blue Yonder systems effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions on overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the reliability and scalability of warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Blue Yonder WMS BY Warehouse Labor Management and related modules.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Exhibit proficiency in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes to enhance financial operations.
• Showcase expertise in Procure to Pay
• Payroll processes to streamline procurement and payroll activities.
• Have a proven track record of successful system implementations and optimizations in a hybrid work model.
• Display excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
