Formación

• 2 to 4 years related experience.
• Ability to work quickly without direction.
• Willing to work onsite or as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee analytic projects to improve business performance.
• Work in partnership with internal and client units.
• Scope and manage analytical projects, including timelines.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical skills

Ability to use descriptive statistics & predictive analytics

Experience with Intuit products

Experience in the analysis of Call Center operations

Knowledge of Six Sigma

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills

Creative problem solving
