Overview

Job Description: As a Bilingual Sales & Support Specialist you will balance managing customer inquiries to create sales opportunities while providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. In a fast-paced call center environment, you'll be the first point of contact for customer support, troubleshooting basic help desk issues, and guiding them toward solutions while identifying the client’s business needs to introduce them to new products or services in order to achieve and go beyond your monthly quota and help increase AT&T business goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, diving deep into their business operations to identify their unique wireless and connectivity challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with clients, utilizing probing questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business operations and detect current gaps or needs related to wireless infrastructure and network performance.
  • Turn those needs into opportunities to present customized connectivity and Wi-Fi product solutions and close the sales effort.
  • Troubleshooting for products/services and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and empathetically.
What you’ll bring
  • Advanced English Fluency to engage in business conversations with U.S. customers.
  • Previous 1 year sales experience preferably on telecom or financial services, back-office tasks or wireline or wireless support.
  • Proven ability to ask insightful and probing questions to uncover client needs and challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose connectivity issues and develop tailored product recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain solutions and benefits in an understandable way, educating clients on the value of customized solutions.
  • A consultative sales mindset focused on building rapport, fostering trust, and aligning solutions with client business objectives.
  • Ability to train/work 40 hours per week in a 5 day shift during operation hours Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)

  • Training Expectations

Training Expectations

  • You will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months).
  • During your 90 days trial period you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.

Work Arrangements

  • Work From Home? This is NOT a Work from Home role, you need to work in our office 100% of the time.
  • How flexible is my schedule? Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site. This position requires you to be available to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
  • Is training paid? Absolutely! And certain benefits also start accruing at the start of training - like meal and grocery vouchers.
