Formación

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Desirable experience in Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, and/or Collections.
• You should have your residence within 1 hour and 30 minutes of the work area.

Requirements:

• Completed high school education.
• 18 years old or older.
• Advanced / Native level of English: ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Full-time availability from MONDAY TO SUNDAY, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (Your work schedule will be assigned within this timeframe)
• Desirable experience in Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, and/or Collections.
• You should have your residence within 1 hour and 30 minutes or less of the work area (Centrum Park, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico)
• Proficiency in PC usage, databases, and Office software.
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
• Ability to perform various tasks (multitask)
