What We Need You To Do

As a Barista Market Developer in Mexico City, you independently connect with local baristas, café owners, and investors to boost awareness and sales of Oatly products. Through authentic engagement and deep industry expertise, you build trust within the specialty coffee community, ultimately driving brand growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Build a mapping of all coffeeshops in the region of Mexico City, indicating if they sell Oatly or competitors, and set quantitative and qualitative targets to expand our brand presence.
  • Support the Oatly team in Mexico to increase penetration and selling rate in the Oatly universe, while identifying prime opportunities for showcasing the brand in Mexico.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Lead of Mexico to execute a dynamic brand activation for Mexico.
  • Partner with the commercial team to drive brand activation in their respective channels.
  • Identify, create and maintain strong relationships which will lead to mutually beneficial outcomes for Oatly and the top-tier coffeeshops.
  • Foster awareness of sustainability's impact on the coffee industry.

In this role, you will report to the Country Manager of Mexico and the location for this role is Mexico City.
