Job Description About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering and manufacturing data related to vehicle systems and components .
• Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) by maintaining accurate data and impact analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced formulas, macro) and Power BI .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain data models to support cost, weight, and performance analysis.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources and systems.
• Prepare visual reports and summaries for technical and management reviews.

• Work remotely with a dynamic global engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field .
• 3+ years of experience in an automotive or engineering environment .
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems , ideally including propshafts, IP console, closures, or chassis components .
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
• Experience in Power BI for data visualization and performance dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely in an English-speaking, global environment .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with engineering change processes and vehicle BOM data .
• Knowledge of Teamcenter, PLM, or automotive data management systems .
• Ability to communicate complex technical data in a clear, concise way.

Additional Information Location : 100% on site, availability to travel is required
