Responsibilities include ensuring successful project execution while focusing on cost, time, and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and advanced English proficiency. Formación

• Must have professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Active communication on technical aspects with Tiers/OEMs required.
• Basic knowledge of program management for new launches necessary.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams is beneficial.
• Understanding of SAP System is necessary.
• Knowledge of PLC process is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Advanced English proficiency is necessary.
• International project experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team members through PLC process for successful projects.
• Support coordination on projects launching through PLC.
• Plan and execute projects within targets on Cost, Time, and Quality.
• Focus on project engineer pillars including material construction types.
