Role Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Data Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services across single or multi-service projects. You’ll ensure high-quality deliverables, lead project planning and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data management deliverables.
• Lead project planning, execution, and close-out activities with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Support financial tracking, budget management, and change order processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology implementation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences.
• 1–2 years of direct data management experience, including at least 6 months as a CDM project lead (preferred).
• Proven experience managing study delivery through the full data management lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical development processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
