Responsabilidades

• Support operation of the Asset Security System.
• Conduct transfers for executives and visitors.
• Maintain assigned vehicles for legal compliance.
• Perform surveillance duties including patrols.
• Cover internal positions during security incidents.
• Operate surveillance systems like CCTV and alarms.

Job Description

General Objective

Supports the operation of the Asset Security System based on the existing material and human resources at the facilities and transports Executives and MEDLINE Visitors between the US and Mexico border.

Organization, Plan and control

• Executive/Visitor/Supplier Transfers from USA to MEXICO and vice versa according to the assigned service.
• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned vehicles, interior and exterior cleaning, fuel level with at least ½ tank, as well as everything related to proper operation and legal compliance with license plates, ownership, insurance, Sentri, AVI.
• Performs countersurveillance duties, including patrols, advances, and outposts. Field
• intelligence.
• Covers internal positions in plant evacuation procedures and security incidents.
• Replaces security staff for absences and vacations.
• Operates surveillance systems such as CCTV, alarms, GPS, sensors and drones.
• Handles incidents related to Asset Security according to documented procedures.
• Meets C-TPAT Certification requirements regarding Asset Security
• Carry out the established control and surveillance procedures.

Experience

• 1 year experience in a similar asset Security
• 1 year driver / guard / supervisor

Academic requirements

• Middle School or High school

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of CTPAT (Customs-Trade partnership Against Terrorism) and OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) certifications
