A global beauty company in Monterrey seeks an Administrative Support to assist the Sales VP. This role includes organizing travel, coordinating gifts for Sales Directors, managing the expense budget, and supporting team activities. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business Administration, 3+ years in administrative roles, and strong English communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential. Opportunities for growth are available in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Organize flights and accommodations for the vice president's trips.
  • Coordinate gifts for Sales Directors and manage gift selection.
  • Prepare and manage the expense budget for the Sales VP.
  • Manage office supplies for the department.
  • Assist with organizational activities required by Directors.
  • Coordinate and summarize monthly Sales Area meetings.
  • Follow up on activities related to the sales force.

This position is responsible of providing support to the Sales VP in Mexico.

Responsabilities
  • Organization of flights in the trips of the vice-presidency. Hotel, transportation, expenses.
  • Coordinate birthday and Christmas gifts for Sales Directors, including making final decisions about the selected gift and attention to sales force.
  • Support in the preparation and administration of the expense and budget of the Vice President of Sales and Motivation, include the coordination of the payments of administrative offices.
  • Manage the department's office supplies.
  • Assist in the organization and activities required by the Directors and Managers of the area.
  • Coordination and resume of the monthly meetings of the Sales Area.
  • Attention and follow-up to activities related to the sales force.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 3+ Years in Administrative roles.
  • Education: Bachelor/University Degree - Business Administration or related
  • Proficient English
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Process driven, self-motivated, able to identify risks, Analytical, dynamic, and resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork.
