Job Overview

We are looking for an Asset Administration Manager (Renewable Energy) to join the team and contribute to the energy transition in Mexico.

General Objective

The Asset Administration Manager (Renewable Energy) is responsible for managing all contracts related to the operation of all assets (PV / Wind), ensuring correct execution and coordination between contractors and the internal organization. This position also assists in coordinating all internal resources to efficiently execute budget planning, KPI monitoring, and interactions with third parties such as CFE, CENACE, and O&M contractors (when applicable).

Responsibilities
  • Non-Technical Risk Mitigation System, Budget planning.
  • Technical Performance Management System: ensure KPI achievement of all assets, analyze plant performance (PR) to identify component deviations, define remedy actions, present monthly reports, and ensure O&M contractor compliance with grid operator instructions and applicable regulations.
  • Compliance Management System: ensure projects comply with all legal requirements (permits, contracts, and laws) and present monthly reports.
  • Business Management System: support definition of AOP and KPIs with limit scenarios, ensure OPEX budget is not exceeded, and present monthly reports.
Job Profile
  • Education: Engineering Degree in Renewable Energy.
  • Specific Knowledge: Contract Management, O&M, Warranty Claims, PV / Wind Plants, Major Equipment Knowledge.
  • Minimum Required Experience: 5 years in relevant positions.
  • Systems or Equipment: Microsoft Office, Primavera (Scada knowledge is a plus).
  • Language: Advanced level English.
