Job Summary
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to our senior managers in a timely and professional manner. Your primary duties will include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing daily calendars. To excel in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and familiarity with office management technologies are essential.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Daily Calendars: Manage and organize the daily schedules of senior managers.
- Plan Appointments and Events: Schedule meetings, appointments, and other events efficiently.
- Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
- Create Reports and Update Databases: Regularly generate reports and maintain internal databases.
- Handle Phone Calls and Emails: Manage incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Facilitate Internal Communication: Distribute information and schedule presentations within the organization.
- Office Efficiency: Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot any malfunctions.
- Review and Recommend Policy Changes: Provide insights and recommend improvements to company policies.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
