Formación

• 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Fluency in English (speak, write, and read).
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
• Partner with other Area Managers to ensure efficient shifts.
• Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and utilize Lean tools.
