Overview
JobObjective: To manage and oversee the development and assembly of prefabricated modules, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the construction process from factory manufacturing to on-site integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Program Manager for prefabricated modular construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Communicate project updates to MDI Leadership.
- Collaborate with the DOMO Design and Development team to create standardized modules that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the translation of designs into production drawings alongside MDI Engineering teams.
- Review project building designs and their effects on MDI module production.
- Supervise the assembly of modules on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Minimize disruption to neighborhoods while managing supply chain issues and seasonal variations.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of final finishes to ensure compliance with permit drawings.
- Manage the supply chain and associated construction costs, utilizing patented connection systems to optimize welding time.
- Implement practices that promote sustainability and project efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and legal teams to ensure project viability and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate approvals of engineering and manufacturing changes in compliance with state and local jurisdictions.
- Develop Requests for Information and Supplemental Instructions from design consultants on behalf of MDI.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience 3-5 years in design, real estate development, or the construction industry; minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, preferably in modular or prefabricated construction.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; legally authorized to travel to the United States for site visits and meetings.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD/Revit), project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office), and an understanding of building codes (IBC/CBC).
- Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.
