Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Python scripts and Dayforce Integration Studio.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines between internal and third-party systems.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using XML, JSON, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, ensuring reliability and data accuracy.
• Maintain technical documentation including data schemas, endpoints, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Engineering) to define requirements and deliver integration projects on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing system integrations or APIs using Python.
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST API design, XML/JSON data handling, and transformation logic.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dayforce Integration Studio, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) and data exchange standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
