Responsabilidades

  • Process holds and releases for invoices within the payable system.
  • Review and confirm payments based on bank notifications.
  • Process invoice due date amendments.
  • Conduct daily reviews of bank balances for overdrafts.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of payable feeds and bank acknowledgments.
  • Process urgent tax payments as per requests.
  • Monitor disbursement Bots for any issues.
  • Identify non-tradable currency payments and raise requests.
  • Monitor outstanding liabilities for clearance actions.
  • Respond to emails and CRM tickets within set turnaround times.

Job Description

As a Disbursement & Treasury Operations Analyst at Ford, you will be a key player in our financial supply chain, ensuring that every payment is executed with precision, security, and speed. You will manage the critical interface between our internal payable systems and our global banking partners. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing liquidity, preventing fraud, and optimizing automated processes are top priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Invoice Hold & Release: Process holds and releases for invoices within the payable system.
  • Positive Pay Management: Upon receiving bank notifications, review and confirm whether to honor or dishonor payments based on details available in the payable system.
  • Due Date Amendment Requests: Process invoice due date amendments in the payable system, strictly based on approved requests.
  • Treasury Overdraft (OD) Queries: Conduct daily reviews of bank balances and notify Treasury immediately if any deficits are identified.
  • In-Out Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation between the payable feed and bank acknowledgments. Notify appropriate stakeholders of any rejections for immediate attention.
  • Urgent Tax Payments: Process urgent tax payments in the bank portal as per approved requests.
  • Disbursement BoT Monitoring: Monitor disbursement Bots and take necessary action for any suspended items.
  • Manual EFT Requests: Daily, identify non-tradable currency payments in the payable system and raise corresponding requests with Treasury.
  • Outstanding Liability Analysis: Monitor audited liabilities that have exceeded their due date but for which payment has not yet been generated. Notify respective stakeholders to initiate clearance actions.
  • CRM Ticket Handling: Respond to all emails and CRM tickets within strict turnaround times.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Commerce graduate / Post-Graduate / Semi Qualified Professional

Experience: 2 - 5 Years Experience

Skills: Good Communication & analytical skills, iERP, Banking, Power BI & Alteryx knowledge (desirable)
