Generate short‑form video content (≈30‑60 seconds) using generative AI and video editing tools for client marketing campaigns, agency promotions, and social media recruitment drives. Target platforms include TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. The role involves no on‑camera work or traditional filming.
Produce full videos from prompts: AI generation via Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, Hedra, Minimax, Veo, Sora, Gen‑3, LTX Studio. Execute workflow – ideation, scripting, asset creation, voiceover, music integration, editing in CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve/FCPX; output optimized files and captions. Enforce brand consistency across client briefs while optimizing for virality in recruitment and creative services content. Analyze performance metrics; refine hooks, visuals, CTAs through A/B testing. Curate asset library – prompts, templates, reusable elements from AI outputs. Track and adopt emerging AI video tools for superior output quality.
Experience creating short‑form videos (≈30‑60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn. Proficiency with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, Hedra, Minimax, Veo, Sora, Gen‑3, or LTX Studio. Skilled in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro). Ability to build full videos from prompts, including ideation, scripting, voiceover, music selection, and final editing.
Good understanding of viral content mechanics (hooks, pacing, CTA framing, trending formats). Comfortable with performance tracking, A/B testing, and optimizing creative outputs based on data. Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to organize and maintain an asset library (prompts, templates, AI outputs). Up‑to‑date with emerging generative AI tools and excited to experiment with new technologies. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver quick turnarounds.
