In this role, you’ll help manage client communications, track sales opportunities, prepare key documents, and collaborate with different departments to ensure every engagement is seamless and successful.

What You’ll Do
Client & Deal Flow Coordination
  • Join prospect and client calls using AI notetakers to capture detailed notes, key points, and next steps, then log all updates in HubSpot or ClickUp within 2 hours to keep records current.
  • Prepare tailored sales dossiers, meeting briefs, and follow-up materials to ensure well-informed client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — including founders, delivery, legal, and finance — on contracts, invoicing, and client deadlines to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Conduct outbound research on target accounts, prospects, industries, and competitors using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HeyReach, and launch personalized outreach campaigns to drive engagement and book qualified discovery calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized CRM and sales pipeline in HubSpot and ClickUp, running consistent follow-ups via email, phone, and LinkedIn to nurture leads and keep deals moving forward.
  • Draft, manage, and track SOWs, NDAs, and contracts through signature, and collaborate with finance on billing and invoicing details.
  • Serve as the first line of client support for post-sale issues, capturing feedback, identifying upsell or expansion opportunities, and escalating concerns to the right teams when needed.
Reporting & Process Optimization
  • Build weekly dashboards and reports to highlight stuck deals, upcoming renewals, and at‑risk follow‑ups, and conduct quarterly win/loss analyses to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, or AI solutions, while proactively suggesting process improvements to streamline the entire sales cycle.
Relationship & Client Engagement
  • Track client birthdays and milestones, sending personalized messages or small gifts to strengthen relationships, and support Account Executives in maintaining consistent, meaningful communication with prospects and clients.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support functions — such as Sales Assistant, Client Enablement Specialist, Account Coordinator, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Executive Assistant roles supporting sales leaders (preferably in B2B tech or consulting).
  • Excellent organizational, note‑taking, and communication skills — you thrive on keeping things structured, documented, and on track.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client‑facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot preferred, project management platforms (ClickUp preferred), and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and resourceful, always staying two steps ahead of your Account Executive or Sales Lead.
Nice-to-Have
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or professional services setting.
  • Understanding of marketing workflows and client relationship management.
  • Experience supporting executives in sales or client‑facing environments.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting or market research techniques.

Sales Support Engineer – México City
  • Generate quotes for spare parts, upgrades, and customizations for clients in the region.
  • Manage customer orders from the region, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain department for purchasing and logistics of customer requirements in the region.
  • Work closely with the sales team to increase sales of spare parts, upgrades, and customizations for clients in the region.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Use CRM systems and Concur for customer and expense management.
  • Provide monthly performance updates.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Professional degree in fields related to production processes, engineer and/or administration.
  • Experience in sales, technical service, and/or administration.
  • Experience in production processes.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or a commercial profile.
  • Intermediate English level (B2). Part of the process will be conducted in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sheets (Excel), Slides (PowerPoint), and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP (considered a plus).
  • The position is hybrid, so you must be available to commute to our offices located in Santa Fe.
Ad Sales & Affiliate Sales Support
Key Skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Ad Sales systems; resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements.
  • Manage ServiceNow/JIRA tickets, troubleshooting, and escalation.
  • Coordinate with client teams for change requests, releases, and DR/BCP planning.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Support testing, requirement analysis, and documentation.
  • Oversee release deployments and environment maintenance from dev to prod.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for billing, reporting, and compliance.
Preferred

Experience with packaged apps (WideOrbit, BTS), .NET custom apps, and SQL/Oracle environments.
