A global leader in critical infrastructure technologies seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. This role involves leading various projects, product transfers, and process improvements to ensure manufacturing excellence. Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will lead and oversight multiple projects on Thermal & DCP BU, focused on Reynosa Operations leading product transfers, new product introduction programs, process improvements, and capital projects to support Growth for the target sites and the standardization of manufacturing processes across Vertiv plants. This position will also coordinate the development and enforcement of global manufacturing standards and technology leadership. Interact directly with Design Engineering, Program Manager and Operations Team at the target site to coordinate and execute NPDI milestones and deliverables.
Minimum
BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent
Preferred
MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
