This position requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant

Location : MEXICO ANY (REMOTE)

Reports to : Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing & Sales Team Support to support our growth leadership team in the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our sales and marketing functions are efficient, effective, and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration
    • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for the Chief Growth Officer, SVP of Sales and VP Marketing
    • Prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission.
    • Organize team and customer meetings in collaboration with US team
    • Plan and execute internal events such as quarterly meetings and volunteer activities
    • Maintain and update shared calendars for cross-functional events.
  • Marketing & Sales Team Support
    • Assist with onboarding new team members in partnership with HR
    • Support trade show and internal meeting planning in coordination with the Event Specialist
    • Create and distribute communication materials for internal meetings and town halls
    • Manage product sample orders for consumers, customers, and marketing initiatives
    • Coordinate corporate gear and materials ordering with Marketing, HR, and Executive Admin teams
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales / marketing support or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
