A leading consulting firm is seeking a part-time remote support professional to assist with administrative and logistics operations. The role, based in Mexico City or Estado de México, involves managing shipments, supporting documentation processes, and collaborating with the operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a basic understanding of logistics. This position offers a monthly salary of MXN 12,000 to 15,000 gross and may evolve into a full-time role based on performance.

  • Must live in Mexico City or Estado de México (remote).
  • Prior experience in logistics, administrative support, or supply chain is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with a high level of reliability.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily logistics and internal coordination.
  • Manage and track shipments, assist with documentation, and communicate with freight providers.
  • Support import/export documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Handle data entry, order processing, invoicing, and internal communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations lead and gradually assume more independent responsibilities.

Conocimientos

Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Basic understanding of logistics or international trade processes

Summary of Position

This is a part-time, remote support role based in Mexico City or Estado de México.

The position assists with administrative, logistics, and international trade operations for a distribution team.

Morning availability (8 AM to 1 PM) is preferred.

The role will begin as half‑time with potential to grow into a full‑time position.

Initial training will be provided by the current operations team member, and responsibilities may evolve over time.

Key Skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Google Workspace familiarity is a plus
  • Basic understanding of logistics or international trade processes

Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time: 8 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Monthly salary: MXN 12,000 to 15,000 gross with full legal benefits
  • May transition to full-time based on performance and business needs
