A leading BPO firm is seeking an all-around Acumatica Accounting Specialist to join the finance team. This role requires an individual with over 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in the manufacturing or retail sectors, and expertise in Acumatica ERP. The specialist will manage and optimize various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. This position offers flexible working arrangements and competitive hourly compensation.

Formación

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to compliance with GAAP and other regulations.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing processes.

We are looking for an all-around Acumatica Accounting Specialist to join our finance team.

This role is perfect for a highly skilled accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and has extensive expertise in Acumatica ERP.

You will handle a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations.

• Work Schedule : 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM EST
• Compensation : 12$ - 13$ usd an hour
• Type of Contract : Contractor - you will be in charge of paying your taxes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost management, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Optimize accounting processes using Acumatica, leveraging its full capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing / retail industry experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Acumatica ERP; Acumatica certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
